We want you to love your Stripe & Stare pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and the packaging is unopened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
