What makes Stripe & Stare products sustainable?
Our collection is primarily crafted from TENCEL™ Modal, a fiber derived from sustainably sourced beechwood. This fabric is carbon-neutral, biodegradable, and uses 95% less water in production compared to traditional cotton.
How should I care for my items to ensure they last?
To maintain the softness and shape of your garments, we recommend machine washing on a cool, gentle cycle (30°C) and air drying. Avoid tumble drying or using harsh chemical softeners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and unbroken.
How long will my delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
